Then you have come to the right place. I will fully design and maintain a site for you free of charge. What is in it for me? Well I am a woman so not doing it for kicks it’s simply for the money just not yours.

As with the other websites you provide the content i.e. your rates, your contact info etc as you would with any other website. The only thing that isn't your information on the site is any ads I may place. These adds will not harm the look of your site and are strictly not popups or popunders, they annoy me so I am sure they will also annoy your visitors!

How do I make my money?

Normally for a website I would charge £800 upwards. However, I would rather have a long-term income stream and would rather not charge an escort for the site. Not only can it raise legal issues but also then there is the problems in how I take payment coming up with a fee bla de bla. However, this way I make money from the affiliates I put on your site. It doesn't decrease the look or usability of the site as you can see on the ones I have done already, but it provides me with a small weekly fee.

What do you pay?

All you need to pay for is your hosting as with anybody else. However, it is not my hosting company that you pay, it is one of your choice. I could advise you on the ones I have used that are okay but it is ultimately your choice. You don't pay me you pay them.

How much does it cost to host?

It can be anything from £16 a year. All you need to do however is make sure that it doesn't cost to transfer a domain name over to that host and that adult content is allowed.

Who owns what?

I will buy and own the domain name this is only for the purposes of protecting myself. Obviously I don't want to spend months designing and maintaining a website for it to be taken away. It is your content and pictures so naturally you own copywrite over that and should we part company I will certainly take the info down straight away. However, it isn't likely that we would have to unless you stopped working.

Who makes changes and maintains the website?

I do, I will also promote your website to gain traffic. Why? This is simple because the more people who visit your site to see you the more people are going to see my affiliates and use them.

Who are you?

Basically I am a search engine optimiser and web designer. The people who have http://www.sensually-yours.co.uk and http://www.xxjordan.co.uk are friends of mine who wanted a site and we came to an agreement. It works well for both of us and I have now decided to offer this deal to other people.

What will my website look like?

It would probably be the same kind of format as the others but we can design a look and feel together. The only thing is that I don't do flash. Studies have shown that users don't like it and neither do search engines.

How long have you been running this scheme?

It’s new and I may only take on a limited number of accounts we will just have to see how it goes. I will hold my hands up and say that this is a very informal agreement and will probably develop as it goes on. But for now it is simply a fantastic deal for you as you get a professional website for free and another income stream for me. I like designing sites and with escort sites I can have a bit of fun with the look and feel rather than the usual boring corporate sites.
